This information helps us understand who you serve best, so we can make better matches, not just more matches.

Step 2: We Match You With Clients Actively Searching
Consumers come to FABA because they are intentionally looking for a Black real estate agent — often for reasons of trust, representation, or shared experience. When a client submits a request:Their needs, location, and preferences are reviewed. Our matching process identifies agents who are a strong fit.
Top matches are surfaced based on relevance, not volume. This means fewer random leads, more aligned conversations, higher intent from the start
Step 3: You Decide How to Move Forward When a Client is Matched to you:
You’re notified directly, you choose whether to engage, you handle the transaction through your brokerage, as you normally would FABA does not act as a brokerage, control pricing, commissions, or negotiations. You stay in control.
