Find A Black Agent operates as a referral and matching platform that connects users with independently licensed real estate professionals, including Black real estate agents.
Find A Black Agent is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services, representation, legal advice, financial advice, or transaction management. All real estate services are provided exclusively by independently licensed real estate brokers and salespersons.
Find A Black Agent is owned and operated by Trevor Alexander, a real estate salesperson licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any referral fees earned in connection with real estate transactions are paid through his supervising brokerage, in accordance with applicable state law.
Find A Black Agent functions solely as a marketing, referral, and matching platform. The Platform does not participate in negotiations, pricing decisions, offer strategies, contract preparation, or transaction execution.
Consumers are under no obligation to engage or retain any referred real estate professional. Any decision to work with an agent is made solely between the consumer and that professional.
To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree that:
By creating an account or being listed on the Platform, you grant Find A Black Agent a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display your name, likeness, professional information, and publicly available business details in connection with the operation of the Platform. You may update or remove your profile information at any time.
Find A Black Agent was created to elevate and support Black real estate professionals by increasing visibility, representation, and access. While the Platform highlights Black agents, all users—regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or background—are welcome.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or undermines the Platform’s mission.
All content on findablackagent.com, including text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Find A Black Agent unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
The Platform may include links to third-party websites for convenience. Find A Black Agent does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Certain services offered by Find A Black Agent may be subject to fees, including platform access, marketing services, or referral-related services provided to real estate professionals.
Any referral compensation related to real estate transactions is handled exclusively through the appropriate licensed brokerage in accordance with applicable law. Find A Black Agent does not receive or retain real estate commissions directly from consumers.
Find A Black Agent makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or the services provided by listed agents. Use of the Platform is at your own risk and is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find A Black Agent and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find A Black Agent, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Find A Black Agent may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
