About the Role:
Join our product and technology team to help build and improve FindABlackAgent.com — a platform connecting real estate professionals, investors, and buyers to black agents across thousands of cities. This internship is ideal for students interested in software development, UX, automation, and product workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Shadow product developers and learn about our real estate tech stack (Webflow, automation tools, backend systems).
- Support feature rollouts through QA testing, workflow analysis, and implementation of low-code/no-code tools.
- Conduct user interviews and feedback sessions with agents, investors, and consumers.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), logging issues, and providing structured feedback to the dev team.
- Document workflows and suggest improvements to the user experience.
Who You Are:
- A computer science, software engineering, or information systems student (or similar).
- Comfortable learning no-code tools like Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
- Curious about real estate and user experience.
- A good communicator who’s not afraid to talk to users and gather feedback.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
