Join FindABlackAgent.com and play a key role in expanding our national footprint by building high-impact partnerships with organizations and influencers that reach homebuyers, sellers, students, and communities across the country. Your work will strengthen our brand, increase awareness, and create new channels that bring more people into the FABA ecosystem.
About the Role
We’re looking for a relationship-driven, strategic operator who can develop partnerships with universities, lenders, brokerages, real estate schools, associations, nonprofits, employer groups, and community organizations.
This role is not responsible for managing individual referrals or lead workflows. Instead, you’ll focus on building the channels and relationships that create opportunities for more agents and consumers to discover and engage with FABA.
You will pitch, negotiate, activate, and grow partnerships that drive awareness, participation, and long-term collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with real estate associations, HBCUs, universities, real estate schools, mortgage lenders, brokerages, professional groups, and community organizations.
- Build and manage a national pipeline of B2B partners that introduce their constituents to FindABlackAgent.com.
- Consult on co-branded collaborations—including webinars, workshops, in-person events, employer partnerships, and content activations.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities and partnership packages tailored to different sectors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner deliverables (marketing assets, landing pages, event support) are executed smoothly.
- Track partner engagement, performance, and activity—providing high-level reporting to leadership.
- Represent FABA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence and relationship-building.
- Seek mutually beneficial opportunities for partners to engage with our platform, content, and agent network.
Who You Are
- Experienced in business development, partnerships, or community engagement (real estate, education, or financial services industries a plus).
- Skilled at building trust-based relationships with senior leaders, organizations, and institutions.
- Comfortable pitching, presenting, and negotiating partnership structures.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage a multi-state pipeline of prospects and ongoing relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited to help scale a national mission-driven tech platform.
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-growing environments and can execute ideas from concept to collaboration.
