About The Role:
We’re looking for a relationship-driven, strategic thinker who can build strong partnerships with brokerages, lenders, HBCUs, real estate schools, and professional organizations. You’ll also design and manage a national referral program that attracts both agents and consumers to our platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage partnerships with real estate associations, universities, and business organizations.
  • Design and launch referral and affiliate programs that drive agent and consumer growth.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities with lenders, brokerages, and local businesses.
  • Build pitch decks, proposals, and partnership packages.
  • Track performance of partnerships and referral initiatives to measure ROI.
  • Represent FindABlackAgent.com at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in partnerships, business development, or sales (real estate knowledge a plus).
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships at once.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to turn connections into tangible growth.

Compensation:

As an early-stage startup, we offer flexible and creative compensation structures.

While traditional salaries aren’t yet fixed, we’re open to designing packages that fit each candidate’s situation and contribution.

• Equity Participation — early ownership stake or revenue-sharing tied to company milestones.
