Content Operations Producer

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Content Operations Producer to support campaign execution, content production, and community engagement.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Operations Producer to own the execution and coordination of our video-based content and virtual sessions. This role sits at the intersection of production, scheduling, and operations — ensuring that interviews, recorded sessions, and live or premiered content run smoothly from start to finish.
This is not a social media posting role and not an in-person events role. It is an operational producer role focused on consistency, quality control, and reliable execution.
What You’ll Own
Before the Session
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and recorded sessions (primarily Saturdays)
- Send calendar invites, reminders, and StreamYard links
- Share a short pre-session brief with hosts and guests
- Ensure StreamYard templates, branding, lower thirds, and settings are correct
- Confirm audio/video readiness ahead of recording
During the Session
- Launch and manage StreamYard sessions
- Monitor audio, video, and recording quality
- Handle basic live-session logistics (starting/stopping recording, monitoring chat if live)
- Ensure sessions stay on-brand and technically clean
After the Session
- Download and properly name video/audio files
- Upload content to Google Drive or designated storage
- Organize files clearly for repurposing
- Notify the Social Media Coordinator when content is ready
- Tag content by type (interview, educational session, discussion, etc.)
Virtual Session & “Event” Support
- Schedule content premieres or live virtual sessions
- Confirm titles, descriptions, and air dates
- Coordinate timing with internal posting and distribution schedules
- Maintain a simple content/session calendar
What You Will Not Be Responsible For
- Social media posting or scheduling
- Copywriting captions or blogs
- Marketing strategy or analytics
- In-person event logistics
- Heavy video editing
Examples include:
• Monthly Retainer or Stipend — steady monthly payment for ongoing or project-based roles.
• Equity Participation — early ownership stake or revenue-sharing tied to company milestones.
• Performance Bonuses — commission or goal-based payouts linked to growth and results.
