This role ensures every buyer, seller, and investor who enters our system receives a fast, premium, concierge-level experience — and gets matched with the right Black real estate professional.
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, systems-minded specialist who can manage the full lifecycle of inbound leads. You’ll own lead routing, qualification, agent matching, follow-up workflows, and referral tracking from start to finish.
Your work directly impacts conversion, referral revenue, and agent satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor inbound leads across web forms, SEO, and partner channels
- Qualify leads for intent, timing, budget, and service needs
- Match clients to top-performing FABA agents using internal criteria
- Manage introductions between clients and agents (SMS + email)
- Track lead progress through referral agreement and closing
- Maintain speed-to-response standards (goal: under 5 minutes)
- Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel + Webflow
- Flag high-value or time-sensitive leads for leadership review
- Report weekly on lead volume, conversions, and bottlenecks
Who You Are
- Strong communicator with exceptional organization and follow-through
- Comfortable using CRMs, automations, and lead-tracking tools
- Customer-service oriented with a concierge mindset
- Able to manage volume without sacrificing accuracy
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
This role is compensated on a per-call, performance-based structure.
- $25 per initiated phone call on inbound leads, logged through the CRM
This structure rewards speed, consistency, and execution, with earnings scaling directly as inbound lead volume increases.
