About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-driven, systems-minded specialist who can manage the full lifecycle of inbound leads. You’ll own lead routing, qualification, agent matching, follow-up workflows, and referral tracking from start to finish. Your work directly impacts conversion, revenue, and agent satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor all inbound leads across web forms, SEO, and partner channels
  • Qualify leads for intent, timing, budget, and service needs
  • Match clients to top-performing FABA agents using internal criteria
  • Manage introductions between clients and agents (SMS + email)
  • Track lead progress through to referral agreement and closing
  • Maintain speed-to-response standards (goal: under 5 minutes)
  • Build workflow automations inside GoHighLevel + Webflow
  • Flag high-value leads and escalate to leadership when needed
  • Report on weekly lead volume, conversions, and bottlenecks

Who You Are:

  • Strong communicator with exceptional organization skills
  • Comfortable using CRMs, automations, and lead-tracking tools
  • Customer-service oriented with a concierge mindset
  • Able to manage volume without sacrificing accuracy
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

As an early-stage startup, we offer flexible and creative compensation structures.

While traditional salaries aren’t yet fixed, we’re open to designing packages that fit each candidate’s situation and contribution.

Monthly Retainer or Stipend — steady monthly payment for ongoing or project-based roles.
Equity Participation — early ownership stake or revenue-sharing tied to successful fundraising milestones.
Performance Bonuses — commission or payout percentages tied to awarded grants or sponsorship deals.
