About The Role:
We’re looking for a developer with experience in Webflow, APIs, and database management to help us streamline listings, agent profiles, CRM workflows, and payment systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain platform features using Webflow, custom code, and API integrations.
- Create seamless experiences for agent onboarding, listings, and search functionality.
- Integrate third-party tools (CRM, payment gateways, email systems).
- Optimize site performance and ensure scalability as our network grows.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on new feature rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
Who You Are:
- Skilled in Webflow, JavaScript, API development, and integrations.
- Experienced with databases, CMS systems, and web applications.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving.
- Excited to help scale a mission-driven platform from early stage to national brand.

Compensation:
