We’re seeking a senior-level marketing leader to drive growth, oversee campaigns, and shape how our platform reaches both agents and consumers.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who can blend vision with execution. You’ll design and manage full-funnel campaigns, refine brand positioning, and scale our digital presence to attract and engage both sides of our marketplace.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, content, and event channels.
- Launch multi-channel acquisition campaigns targeting both agents and consumers.
- Optimize SEO, paid ads, CRM, and email funnels to maximize ROI.
- Guide brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for automation, content generation, and analytics.
- Mentor and collaborate with marketing team members, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine growth strategies.
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand strategy (preferably in real estate, tech, or two-sided marketplaces).
- Strong grasp of digital acquisition channels — including paid media, social, email, and SEO.
- Proficiency with AI and automation tools such as:
- HubSpot or ActiveCampaign (CRM & workflows)
- Canva Magic Studio, ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI (creative/content)
- Buffer, Later, or Metricool (social automation & analytics)
- Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or SurferSEO (data & SEO optimization)
- Experience in brand storytelling, funnel design, and community growth.
- Ability to translate insights into scalable marketing systems.
- Comfortable in a startup environment where you can shape process, strategy, and impact.
