About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative Event Coordinator who thrives on connecting people through meaningful experiences. You’ll plan, manage, and execute both virtual and in-person events that strengthen our community, elevate our brand, and drive engagement among real estate professionals and consumers alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and coordinate virtual events, webinars, and online networking sessions.
  • Organize in-person meetups, panels, and community activations in key markets.
  • Work closely with marketing to promote events and maximize attendance.
  • Manage event logistics — from scheduling and communication to vendor coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop partnerships with agents, sponsors, and local organizations to enhance event reach.
  • Track event performance metrics and attendee feedback to inform future planning.
  • Contribute to newsletters and communications that highlight upcoming and past events.

  • Experienced in event planning, coordination, or community engagement.
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation

As an early-stage startup, we offer flexible and creative compensation structures.
