About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative Event Coordinator who thrives on connecting people through meaningful experiences. You’ll plan, manage, and execute both virtual and in-person events that strengthen our community, elevate our brand, and drive engagement among real estate professionals and consumers alike.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate virtual events, webinars, and online networking sessions.
- Organize in-person meetups, panels, and community activations in key markets.
- Work closely with marketing to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Manage event logistics — from scheduling and communication to vendor coordination and post-event follow-up.
- Develop partnerships with agents, sponsors, and local organizations to enhance event reach.
- Track event performance metrics and attendee feedback to inform future planning.
- Contribute to newsletters and communications that highlight upcoming and past events.

- Experienced in event planning, coordination, or community engagement.
- A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
As an early-stage startup, we offer flexible and creative compensation structures.
