Director, Life Events & Transitional Services Partnerships

(Divorce attorneys, probate/estate professionals, major life change services)

Role Overview

FindABlackAgent.com (FABA) is seeking a Director, Life Events & Transitional Services Partnerships to support the growth of our platform through trusted, relationship-driven channels—specifically within legal, financial, and service-based ecosystems connected to major life transitions.

This role is designed for a professional who understands the housing needs that arise during significant life events, including divorce, probate, inheritance, relocation, and other major transitions.

Unlike traditional sales roles, this position focuses on building relationships with professionals who are already advising individuals during these moments, identifying housing needs as they arise, and guiding individuals into FABA’s intake and matching system, while helping formalize this vertical into a scalable partnership channel over time.

Why This Role Matters

At FABA, we recognize that some of the most immediate and high-impact housing decisions are driven by:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Death in the family and estate transitions
  • Inheritance and probate-related property decisions
  • Sudden relocation due to life changes

In many cases, individuals:

  • Are navigating emotional and time-sensitive situations
  • Require trusted, guided support
  • Need to make housing decisions quickly and confidently

Legal and transitional service professionals are often the first point of contact during these events.

This role helps FABA:

  • Access high-intent, time-sensitive housing demand
  • Build relationships within professional advisory networks
  • Provide meaningful support during critical life transitions
