Key Responsibilities

1. Community Partnership Development

  • Identify and build relationships with:
    • Healthcare professionals (nurses, case managers, administrators)
    • Senior living communities and home health providers
    • Churches and community organizations
    • Social workers and local support networks
  • Position FABA as a trusted housing resource during life transitions

2. Relationship-Based Lead Generation

  • Engage in natural, trust-based conversations to identify individuals or families navigating housing decisions
  • Introduce FABA as a supportive, vetted solution
  • Facilitate warm introductions into FABA’s intake process (via link or direct handoff)

3. Partnership Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a simple, organized pipeline of:
    • Community contacts
    • Active conversations
    • Referral opportunities
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and key notes to ensure continuity and consistency

4. Follow-Up & Client Experience Support

  • Conduct light follow-up with referred individuals to ensure:
    • They were successfully connected with an agent
    • Their experience is smooth and supportive
  • Provide a human touchpoint that enhances trust and accountability

5. Insight & Feedback Loop

  • Share weekly observations and trends, such as:
    • Common housing challenges within healthcare settings
    • Emerging relocation patterns
    • Client pain points during transitions

These insights will directly inform:

  • Platform improvements
  • Content strategy
  • Long-term product development (including AI-driven matching)

  • Tech-comfortable (MS Office, Google Drive, Spreadsheet Management)
