Find A Black Agent (FABA) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Success & Operations Associate to support our growing national real estate referral and client-matching platform.

Find A Black Agent (FABA) is a technology-enabled real estate referral platform helping connect individuals and families with trusted real estate professionals across the United States. Our mission sits at the intersection of housing, technology, operations, and client experience — helping ensure every client receives thoughtful guidance and accountability throughout the home buying and selling journey.

This role works closely with the founder and supports the operational systems that help maintain a high-touch client experience as we continue scaling nationally.

Role Overview

The Client Success & Operations Associate will help maintain the day-to-day health of our client pipeline and referral workflows. This role focuses heavily on organization, communication, CRM management, client follow-up coordination, and operational continuity.

You will help ensure that:

  • clients receive timely communication
  • agents remain responsive
  • opportunities are accurately tracked
  • pipeline data stays organized
  • no leads fall through the cracks

This is not a sales-heavy role. It is an operations and client experience role centered around organization, follow-through, communication, and systems management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM/pipeline records within GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Track client and agent communication activity
  • Send follow-up texts and emails to clients and agents
  • Assist with pipeline hygiene and opportunity management
  • Update notes, statuses, close dates, and milestones
  • Flag stalled, inactive, or at-risk opportunities
  • Coordinate client closing gifts and related touchpoints
  • Help maintain accountability and continuity across active referrals
  • Support operational reporting and workflow visibility
  • Assist with documenting and improving internal processes/SOPs

Schedule

  • Part-time (approximately 10–15 hours/week)
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Initial 6-month engagement with potential for extension or future growth opportunities
  • Very little meetings

Compensation
