About The Role:

We're looking for business mindedand motivated students to help with business development and create strong relationships wih local professionals. This is a great fit for those interested in real estate, marketing, business administration, HR, and other business adjacent fields.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and identify agents in high-demand markets using MLS, LinkedIn, and online directories.

  • Send outreach invites and follow up with prospective agents.

  • Support onboarding calls and help agents complete their profiles.

  • Analyze housing market data and agent density to identify high-potential cities.

  • Build “opportunity maps” showing where to focus recruitment efforts.

  • Benchmark competitors (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com) to identify gaps we can fill.

  • Connect with HBCU real estate clubs, local business groups, and brokerages to drive platform awareness.

  • Draft outreach templates and assist with follow-ups to convert interest into sign-ups.

  • Create pitch decks and reports for sponsorship and partnership meetings.

  • Track weekly growth metrics: agent sign-ups, outreach response rates, and lead activity.

Who You Are:

  • Majoring in business, finance, economics, real estate, or entrepreneurship (or similar).

  • Excited to learn about real estate operations and tech-enabled marketplaces.

  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable turning research into actionable insights.

  • A clear communicator—comfortable sending emails, scheduling calls, and speaking with professionals.

  • Eager to see the direct impact of your work on a fast-growing startup.
