About FindABlackAgent.com (FABA)

FindABlackAgent.com (FABA) is a national real estate platform connecting homebuyers, sellers, and investors with top-performing Black real estate professionals across the United States.

More than a directory, FABA intelligently matches clients with agents based on geography, experience, transaction type, and performance. The platform currently includes 600+ agents across 5,000+ cities nationwide.

At the core of the platform is MorganAI™ (Market-Optimized Referral & Guidance AI Network) — an intelligence layer designed to pair clients with the right agent based on real-time context, life stage, and market conditions.

Role Overview

We are building Morgan AI, an intelligent matchmaking engine that will power agent-to-client matching across multiple real estate platforms (Find a Black Agent, Find a Latino Agent, Find a Veteran Agent, Find a Gay Agent).

This role is not just a builder, it is a technical owner and translator.

You will:

  • Guide architecture decisions alongside an AWS partner team
  • Ensure we are building the right system, not just a system
  • Become the long-term technical owner of Morgan AI once deployed

You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring continuity from design → deployment → internal ownership.

What We’re Building

Morgan AI will:

  • Score real estate agents (1–100)
  • Match clients to top agents based on:
    • Market readiness
    • Track record
    • Certifications
    • Local network strength
  • Operate as a multi-tenant intelligence layer across 4 marketplace brands
  • Transition from a manual Custom GPT into a production-grade AWS-native system

Core Responsibilities

1. AWS Architecture Leadership

  • Co-design system architecture with AWS partner team
  • Validate and challenge proposed solutions
  • Ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and modularity
  • Own final architecture decisions from a business + technical lens

2. AI / Bedrock System Design

  • Define how Morgan AI operates using:
    • Amazon Bedrock
    • Bedrock Agents
    • Knowledge Bases (RAG)
  • Guide:
    • Prompt architecture
    • Retrieval logic
    • Scoring frameworks
    • Agent ranking methodology

3. Data Architecture & Pipelines

  • Design ingestion pipelines for:
    • Agent profiles (Memberstack)
    • CRM data (GoHighLevel)
    • Unstructured data (bios, interviews, transcripts)
  • Build/oversee:
    • S3 storage strategy
    • RDS / Aurora schema design
    • Data normalization + enrichment workflows
  • Automate what is currently a 100% manual process

4. API & System Integration

  • Architect how Morgan AI becomes a live service
  • Design and oversee:
    • AWS Lambda + API Gateway endpoints
    • Integration with Webflow / future frontend
    • CRM sync with GoHighLevel
  • Ensure low-latency, reliable responses for matchmaking

5. Workflow Orchestration

  • Design event-driven workflows using:
    • EventBridge
    • Step Functions
  • Example flows:
    • Client intake → data enrichment → scoring → agent match → delivery
  • Ensure systems are observable, debuggable, and resilient

6. Multi-Tenant / Multi-Brand Strategy

  • Architect system to support:
    • Multiple brands
    • Shared infrastructure with logical separation
  • Ensure:
    • Clean data partitioning
    • Brand-specific scoring variations (if needed)
    • Scalable onboarding of future marketplaces

7. Technical Ownership Post-Deployment

  • Act as internal technical lead after AWS partner exits
  • Own:
    • System documentation
    • Maintenance strategy
    • Iteration roadmap
  • Support hiring or scaling of future internal engineering team

8. Partner & Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead technical conversations with AWS partner
  • Translate between:
    • Business needs (founder/team)
    • Technical implementation (AWS engineers)
  • Ask the right questions, not just accept answers

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in cloud architecture (AWS-focused)
  • Deep experience with:
    • AWS Lambda, API Gateway
    • S3, RDS/Aurora
    • Event-driven architecture (EventBridge, Step Functions)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Amazon Bedrock or LLM-based systems
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience designing production-grade AI systems
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
    • Structured vs unstructured data handling
  • Ability to operate in 0→1 environments

Preferred / Bonus

  • AWS Certifications:
    • Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
    • Machine Learning Specialty (strong plus)
  • Experience with:
    • Multi-tenant SaaS systems
    • Marketplace platforms
    • CRM integrations (HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with:
    • Real estate data ecosystems
    • Ranking / scoring systems

What Success Looks Like

  • Work with the AWS partner engineers to create a clear, documented AWS architecture for Morgan AI
  • Data pipeline defined and automated (no manual updates)
  • Bedrock-based scoring + matching system operational
  • API endpoints live and integrated with frontend + CRM
  • System is production-ready, scalable, and cost-aware
  • Internal team can operate system without AWS partner dependency

Compensation

  • Flexible based on scope (hourly / monthly / project-based)
  • Opportunity for:
    • Long-term advisory role
    • Equity or revenue-linked upside tied to Morgan AI expansion

Why This Role Matters

Morgan AI is not a feature — it is the intelligence layer of the entire company.

This role directly impacts:

  • Match quality → customer experience
  • Conversion rates → revenue
  • Scalability → national expansion

You are helping build the decision engine behind a multi-brand marketplace.
