This role ensures agents feel supported, informed, and primed to deliver an exceptional experience to every client we send their way.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a relationship-driven professional who can manage agent onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and overall platform success. You’ll be the main point of contact for our 600+ agents, helping ensure compliance, readiness, and consistent service across all markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new agents and ensure profiles, service areas, and credentials are complete
- Maintain agent quality standards, communication expectations, and referral compliance
- Track agent performance: response time, closing rate, client feedback
- Manage quarterly agent check-ins and training sessions
- Coordinate spotlights, interviews, and marketing features
- Resolve agent issues, escalations, or client experience concerns
- Maintain an organized roster of active, inactive, and top-tier agents
- Support expansion into new cities with agent recruitment insights
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized, proactive, and empathetic
- Comfortable with CRM systems and tracking data
- Understands real estate operations or is willing to learn quickly
- Loves helping professionals succeed and stay accountable
Compensation:
As an early-stage startup, we offer flexible and creative compensation structures.
While traditional salaries aren’t yet fixed, we’re open to designing packages that fit each candidate’s situation and contribution.

• Monthly Retainer or Stipend — steady monthly payment for ongoing or project-based roles.
• Equity Participation — early ownership stake or revenue-sharing tied to successful fundraising milestones.
• Performance Bonuses — commission or payout percentages tied to awarded grants or sponsorship deals.
