About The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to serve as the main point of contact for agents — from onboarding to ongoing engagement. You’ll ensure our agents feel supported, empowered, and excited to grow their business on our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with agents to drive sign-ups and renewals.
- Lead onboarding calls and help agents set up their profiles and listings.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with agents, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Assist agents with posting listings and highlight opportunities to showcase properties.
- Track account activity and maintain records in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to align on agent growth campaigns.

- Experienced in sales, account management, or client success.
