Chase Sloan

Chase Sloan is a Black Houston REALTOR®, move-up strategist, and founder of The Chasing Real Estate Group. She helps current homeowners sell strategically, purchase their next home, and use real estate to create greater cash flow, equity, and long-term financial security. Since becoming a Texas REALTOR® in 2010, Chase has guided more than 200 families and closed over $60 million in real estate transactions. Her work connects the decisions that matter most during a move: pricing the current home, understanding available equity, coordinating financing, negotiating both transactions, and protecting the client’s long-term wealth strategy. Chase serves Houston and surrounding communities, including Pearland, Manvel, Missouri City, Katy, Third Ward, Midtown, Montrose, the Heights, and Memorial. Her experience includes residential sales, luxury homes, new construction, relocation, investment properties, land, and select commercial real estate. A Houston native with Third Ward roots, Chase also serves on the board of Houston Habitat for Humanity and supports initiatives advancing Black homeownership.
